As a landlocked surfer I had only a short time in a year to surf. But instead of having fun and enjoying it, I got frustrated. Sore muscles and pain forced me to take breaks and I felt like I was wasting precious time which I should spend on the ocean, working on my surf skills. I invented a fitness program for myself based on my knowledge from my work as a fitness trainer during my studies. Together with my husband, a surf guide, I designed a 6 Week Program to get landlocked surfer fit so that they can enjoy their surf trips the most. At the moment it is only available in German.
